For our second annual fall bake sale, Pi Phi decided to stick to our name and dedicate a bake sale completely around pie. There are few times in the year when people think of pie more than Thanksgiving so fittingly our Pi Phi Pie Sale ran from November 18th to the 20th, a week before Thanksgiving break. The Gammas took their first event as sisters in full stride leading chalking and postering around the MIT to advertise. Some sisters took baking as a perfect opportunity to get in some last minute big/little bonding time before break. Marie Hu, at right, participated in exactly that with her big Melissa Crowell. Together the two of them made over fifteen pies throughout the pie sale as well as some other baked goods.
